Condos and Gated Communities
A lot of Boynton calls are condos near the water and gated communities out west.
- Condos: Tell us whether it's your unit door or a shared building door. We open unit doors once we've checked you live there. Building doors need management's OK.
- Gated communities: Give us the gate code, or tell us who'll let us in. Your house lock is ours to deal with. The community gate belongs to the HOA.
