Do you come to me?
Yes. We're a mobile locksmith, so we come to your car, home or business. Tell us where you are and we'll confirm we can reach you and roughly when.
What are your hours?
We're open 7 AM to 10 PM, every day. Some jobs, like installing a full set of new locks, are easier to book ahead, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
How do you price a job?
It depends on the job. A car lockout costs less than programming a new smart key. Things that change the price include the type of lock or key, your vehicle, parts, the time of day and how far we have to drive. You'll get the price before we come out.
Does Florida license locksmiths?
Florida doesn't have a state locksmith license. Palm Beach County requires locksmiths, like other businesses, to hold a Business Tax Receipt. Ours is listed above. If you're hiring any locksmith, it's fair to ask for theirs.
What should I have ready?
Your ID, plus something that shows the car or home is yours: registration, a lease or a utility bill all help. For car keys, have the year, make and model handy, and the VIN if you can get to it.
