Is Anyone in Danger? Call 911 First
If a child or pet is stuck in a hot car, someone's hurt, or you feel unsafe, call 911 right now. Don't wait for a locksmith.
For everything else, like a locked car, a locked house or a broken key, call us. Tell us what you're locked out of, what's wrong and where you are.
What We Handle Every Day
We're open 7 AM to 10 PM, every day, including weekends.
- Car lockouts. Keys locked in the car or trunk. Car lockout service
- House lockouts. Locked out of your home. House lockout service
- Lost car keys. A new key made where your car is, for most vehicles. Car key replacement
- Broken keys. A key snapped off in a lock. We'll get it out.
What We Book Ahead
Some jobs need parts, planning or a quiet building, so we schedule them ahead of time.
- Installing new locks
- Lock upgrades for businesses
- Rekeying several doors at once
- Work on existing master key systems
- Unusual locks or parts we need to order
If you're not sure which group your job falls into, call and ask.
What Happens When You Call
- Tell us what happened.
Car, house or business? Lost key, locked inside, or broken key?
- Tell us where you are.
An address is best. A nearby landmark works too.
- We'll ask a few questions.
For a car, the year, make and model. For a house, the type of lock.
- We'll give you an arrival time.
It's an honest estimate. Traffic, weather and other calls can change it, and if they do, we'll let you know.
- We'll give you the price.
Before we head out, you'll know the service charge, labor, any parts and any other charges.
- We'll check ID when we arrive.
We need to know the car or home is yours. Have your ID ready if you can.
- You check the work.
Make sure everything works, then look over the final bill before we leave.

Emergency Pricing
We're open 7 AM to 10 PM, every day, and weekends are priced the same as weekdays. You'll get the full price before we head out.
Whoever you call, it's worth asking a few questions before you agree to anything:
- Is there a service call fee just for showing up?
- Does the price include labor?
- Does it cost more on weekends or holidays?
- Are keys, parts or new locks extra?
- What could make the price go up once you're here?
- Will you tell me before doing anything that costs more?
If something unexpected comes up once we're on site, we'll give you a new price and wait for your OK before going ahead.
How to Avoid a Locksmith Scam
When you're stuck outside, it's easy to call the first number you see. Unfortunately, some "locksmiths" count on that. Watch out for:
- No real company name. They won't tell you who they are or where they're based.
- Vague prices. A huge range on the phone, or no clear answer about fees.
- A much bigger bill. The price jumps when they arrive, with no good reason.
- Drilling first. They want to drill or replace the lock right away without trying anything else.
- Pressure. They push you to say yes before explaining the job and the cost.
- No receipt. They won't give you an itemized bill.
Ask for the company name and the total price on the phone. When the technician arrives, ask for ID. If the price changes, ask why before you agree.
Palm Beach County has its own guide on this: PBC Consumer Affairs locksmith tips.
Keep your quote, receipt and any texts in case you need to file a complaint later.
Emergency Locksmith FAQs
What are your hours?
We're open 7 AM to 10 PM, every day. Call (728) 235-4027 and we'll tell you whether we can come out right now.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on where you are, where our technician is, traffic and what else is going on. We won't promise a set number of minutes, but we'll give you an honest estimate on the phone and let you know if it changes.
How much does an emergency locksmith cost?
It depends on the job, the lock or car, any parts, and the time of day. We'll give you the price before we come out, and we won't add anything without asking first.
Can you unlock my car without damaging the lock?
Usually, yes. Most car lockouts don't need any parts replaced. Tell us the year, make and model, and we'll explain how we'll get in before we start.
My house key broke in the lock. What should I do?
Stop turning it, and don't try to dig the piece out with a knife or a paperclip. That usually pushes it in deeper. Call us and tell us which door it is.
Can you replace a lost car key today?
Often, yes. It depends on your car and the type of key. Call with the year, make and model, and we'll tell you whether we can do it right now and what it'll cost.
Should I call you or 911?
Call 911 if anyone is in danger: a child or pet in a hot car, a medical emergency, or anyone who is unsafe. For a regular lockout, call us.
Do you charge more on weekends?
No. Weekends are priced the same as weekdays during our hours (7 AM to 10 PM). Either way, you'll know the total before we head out.
Locked Out Right Now?
Call us, tell us what happened and where you are, and we'll get moving. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
